Looking for Land
We began searching in 2018, believing God for a location in Centurion, the city He prophetically assigned us to plant Encounter Church.
Found the Land
After years of searching, we discovered a promising property listed online and immediately arranged a viewing that would set things in motion.
Land Purchased
After prayerful discussion as a board, the land that would become the home of Encounter Church HQ was officially purchased, five years after our search began.
First Building Plan Draft
Prophet Leon drafted the initial vision: a full-fledged ministry hub with a coffee shop, children’s church, offices, and a dynamic auditorium, all under one roof.
Second Building Plan Draft
Prophet Leon revised the plans, enlarging the auditorium and multipurpose areas to accommodate greater capacity and future growth.
Final Building Plan Draft
Slight adjustments were made, and the final plans were completed, ready for submission and execution.
Final Approvals
All town planning, zoning, and administrative requirements were officially secured. This cleared the way for construction to begin.
